Give life-saving water to families
Safe drinking water is essential to sustain a healthy human life. It is the foundation needed for optimal public health, whether it is used for drinking, domestic use, food production or recreational purposes. Through this impact, safe and clean water is provided to an entire family via the means of a Bio-Sand Water Filter (BSF) that lasts up to two decades or more. A BSF is a point-of-use water treatment system adapted from traditional slow sand filters. Each filter purifies 80 litres of water per day, which supplies sufficient water for drinking and cooking for up to 15 people.

Feed hungry children in crisis
Rice is a staple food for more than half the world's population, with majority of its production located within Asia. However, this primary food source is inaccessible to communities plunged into poverty. This impact provides rice as a base for a nutritional meal to children who have been living on the streets or trapped in slavery. For these children, having a meal is more than just nutrition – it gives them a sense of belonging by bringing them together with people who care

Heal our planet, plant a tree
Sustainable forestry is the balance between conserving the forest while using them for household or commercial purposes. Our current consumption levels of the forest is unable to sustain us in the long run. Proper forest management practices and its tools will be provided to remote communities in India. This impact will allow them to grow and use the trees to meet their demands on a sustainable basis; it includes providing fuel for cooking or warmth as well as production and sale of timber.
