A) This campaign is open participants aged 21 and above.

B) Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of bamboo bowls are not eligible to participate.

A) You are automatically qualified when you purchase a bowl from any participating outlet between 1 November and 31 December 2023.

B) You will receive a boarding pass for every bowl purchased (applicable to dine-in only). The boarding pass will be dispensed along with your bowl purchase when you dine in-store at any participating outlet. Each boarding pass will reveal a randomised city that is on our menu.

A) The campaign includes four (4) complete sets of boarding passes; each participating outlet will receive an equal distribution of the passes.

B) The first four (4) participants who collect the complete set of 8 boarding passes will win a pair of return economy class Singapore Airlines Tickets to his/her desired city.

C) Winners will get to choose their top three (3) favourite cities, and we'll reveal the awarded city choice at a designated event that will be held within two (2) weeks from verification of his/her winning.

D) Winners will be contacted directly to confirm their personal information and air ticket details, applicable only for a specified date and period.

E) Air tickets awarded only apply for round-trip departing and arriving in Singapore.

A) Subjected to Clause 4, the first four (4) winners to verify their complete set of collections (8 distinct boarding passes) will be awarded the prize.

B} To receive their Prize, the eligible winners must:

i. Ensure that their bamboo bowls’ App profile information is updated and accurate. Incomplete, inaccurate or invalid bamboo bowls’ profile information shall not be entitled to receive the Prize;

ii. bamboo bowls will contact the winners via the registered contact number in their bamboo bowls’ App account profile;

iii. Where applicable and if specified in the communications sent to the winner(s), the winner(s) must make their way down to the respective bamboo bowls’ outlet to collect their Prize within two (2) weeks from the date of communications sent. Failure to collect the Prize within the stipulated deadline will result in forfeiture of the Prize; and,

C) bamboo bowls reserves the right to postpone the event date(s) without any further notice or liability to any party. Any changes in the event date(s) and Qualifying Period will be published on an updated version of these Terms and Conditions, which can be found on the bamboo bowls’ website at https://wwwbamboobowls.com/bamboo-asia-tour

A) Your personal information will be kept strictly confidential. Personal information collected during the campaign will be used solely for the purpose of this campaign and will not be shared with third parties.

A) Winners agree to collaborate with bamboo bowls' marketing team for pre and post-campaign media activities, including interviews and digital publications.

B) The winners will be contacted by bamboo bowls’ for Prize fulfilment. They agree to allow bamboo bowls to disclose their name(s), photo(s) and relevant media resources in the announcements of the campaign results published by bamboo bowls on the campaign’s webpage, social media and advertising materials.

A) bamboo bowls reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent or inappropriate behaviour.

B) Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

C) The authenticity of the boarding passes will be verified by authorised personnel before awarding the prize.

D) bamboo bowls will have the right to claw back the Prizes in the event of a refund and/or cancellation of the transaction under the following circumstances:

1. A Qualifying Transaction is (in full or in part) cancelled or reversed by any party for any reason; or

2. It is determined by bamboo bowls that the customer has breached any of the terms and conditions stated herein.

E) bamboo bowls reserves the right to withdraw the Prize(s), forfeit the Prize(s) and/or pick a replacement winner if any winner is uncontactable within forty-eight (48) hours of verification.

A) bamboo bowls is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred as a result of participating in this campaign

B) bamboo bowls may at any time and in its sole and absolute discretion vary or substitute the Prize(s) without any further notice or liability to any party. The substituted Prize(s) may or may not be of similar value to the original Prize(s).

A) When a qualified winner receives or redeems his/her Prizes, he/she agrees that the laws of Singapore apply, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, and such laws will govern these Terms and Conditions. bamboo bowls reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time in its discretion to the extent permitted by law.

B) bamboo bowls reserves the right to investigate complaints or reported violations of these Terms and Conditions and to take any action bamboo bowls deems appropriate, including, but not limited to, reporting any suspected unlawful activity to law enforcement officials or regulators and disclosing any information necessary or appropriate to such persons.

C) bamboo bowls’ decision on all matters relating to this Campaign shall be final, conclusive and binding on all customers and any other person. bamboo bowls has the sole discretion to exclude anyone from participating in this Campaign without any obligation to furnish any notice and/or reason.

D) bamboo bowls reserves the right to vary any of the terms and conditions herein, or withdraw, or suspend or terminate this Campaign at any time without any further notice or liability to any party. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any brochures, marketing or promotional materials relating to this campaign, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

E) These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
